How it works
- 1
Request Coverage
Share event details, dates, venue, attendance, and budget exposure in a short qualification form.
- 2
Application Packet
We send the correct carrier application for your event type (conference / tradeshow, non-appearance, or custom) for signature.
- 3
Underwriting Review & Quote
Specialty underwriters review the packet and return a firm quote. Coverage binds once you accept and pay.
How a claim works
Five steps from incident to payout. No deductible.
- Step 1
Notify the carrier
Email or call within 48 hours of the event that caused the loss. We loop in the AM Best-rated insurance carriers claims desk same-day.
- Step 2
Preserve evidence
Hold contracts, deposit receipts, weather reports, communications, and any cancellation notices in one folder.
- Step 3
Submit proof of loss
File a sworn proof of loss with documentation of deposits, prepaid expenses, and projected revenue at risk.
- Step 4
Carrier review
AM Best-rated insurance carriers adjusts the claim against the policy limit, typically within 30 days of complete documentation.
- Step 5
Payment issued
Once the claim is approved, payment issues to the named insured net of the policy deductible.
For organizers
One link. Every vendor covered. Stop chasing certificates.
Built for trade show, expo, and convention organizers. Each vendor enrolls in their own AM Best-rated general liability policy ($1M per occurrence / $2M shared group aggregate), as low as $100 per vendor depending on the number of vendors, event location, and event type, paid by the vendor. Designed for low-risk vendor categories.
From David
The hard part of event cancellation isn't the policy, it's the conversation a week before the event when somebody is going to lose real money. We help you write the limit at the number that actually covers what you've already paid. When something goes sideways, you call us first, we keep the claim moving, and the money lands where it belongs.
